Shipping

Your order will be filled usually within 24-48 hours. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground, which takes 5-10 business days. For faster delivery needs or international orders, please email us.

Refund and Exchange

Empowering Light, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 3 days from receipt of shipment by emailing us or calling 1-866-556-9996, to receive a RMA#. Include your contact information (email and/or fax), the product information being returned/exchanged as well as the invoice number. Empowering Light, Inc. wants to provide the highest quality product; to help us do that, please indicate why you are returning our product.

All items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Once we have received your item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If the item looks used or damaged we cannot issue a refund. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The customer pays all costs related to return shipping.
